A quick concept sketch. I imagined Galadriel with perhaps Fingolfin and Finarfin arriving at Alqualondë to find the disaster of the Kinslaying; they can only stand still and witness as the tragedy unfolds. Would love to do a proper version of this sketch but as you can tell from my gallery, I have no idea how to use colour and tone for a scene this dramatic!This really belongs in Scraps or my concept folder but I currently have so few images I don't think it matters for now! I will move when I do up a nice version
