Wow, this is... amazing. Really, the detail, the shading, the way you drew her hair, it's all absolutely lovely. If you don't mind me asking though, do you draw in a freelance style or do you do it step by step? Which programs do you use and do you use a tablet?

wuuut;; this was just a sketch as I was too lazy to finish everything off ;__; I start with the eyes, face and body on one layer, create a new one for hair and another for clothes if I do them, blah blah blah;;; SAI and yes, I use a tablet.
