Description
The Orbital Commander is the second in command of the entire colony, answering to the Colony Administrator and the 3 AIs.
In the event of an unfortunate event that causes the Colony Administrator to not be able to fulfill their duties, the Orbital Commander would assume control of that Council Vote.
To make a long story short the AIs would still be in charge and not much would change.
