I know I'm pretty late on this, but congrats for receiving a DD. It's amazing that you got this from a ground shot (It looks like it's an overhead shot); do you know what kind of maneuver Decker was performing in this photo?

What's the lens/TC (I assume) combo, if you don't mind me asking? I'd love to rent some gear next time the airshow is in town, my 70-200 isn't adequate for much other than low-level displays.

Thank you! I was using a 200-400mm f4 with a 1.7 teleconverter. I can't recommend renting a lens strongly enough, its a great way to try out different equipment for a reasonable cost.
