Thank you! I actually hunted for that skirt for about six months, and then had to argue with my shopping service for two weeks to get it over to the US, so when I finally got it I was ecstatic. XD

Oh wow. That sounds pretty horrible - why didn't the shopping service want to work with you?? Glad you got it in the end though, because you rock it like no one's business. Well worth the trouble!

The basic problem is that Celga's Japanese office is fucking up majorly lately. They sent me an invoice for shipment without my asking for it, for starters. When I paid it, they said it would be out soon. The Japanese office lost my package for a week, however, and didn't ship it for ten days after I'd paid. I had to pretty much ask the go-between for the billing office (Hyla) to ask them where it was, which a customer should not have to do for a company like that one. Then, after I was told it had been shipped the tracking number didn't work. All in all, it took me three weeks to get a package that should have taken five days.
Also, they recently lost my friend's regimental stripe set and sent her a hideous, hot pink Angelic Pretty dress by mistake. They still haven't found the pieces she originally bought, so they're apparently going to send her something else as compensation. They also shipped a Juliette et Justine skirt she bought to someone else (which is probably what happened with the regimental stripes set). Luckily, the person who received it was honest enough to send it back.
All in all, I've decided to never, ever use them again. ):

Their clientele has just gotten too plentiful. I'm not going to use them again, though. Paying 20+ dollars in fees (before EMS shipping, no less) for anything under 100 USD is a bit ridiculous, especially with the falling yen conversion.
I'm going to try one out that a friend recommended and see how they go. They're cheaper, and more personalized, but still let you buy on mbok and Y!JA, so.
Fairly ideal sounding, I hope it all works out. XD
