This is lovely. I like the ribbon at her throat, the gold edging around her joints, and the view inside her heart.
The curls in her hair, doll-like stance and expression, and fake breasts are a nice touch too, for the subject matter.
I feel the right hand should be more delicate and the gloves more fitted, not only for its aesthetics, but also to contrast more with the left, which is coming forward (that contrast would make the change in perspective "pop").
