Arrelline is right, Catherine the Great wore usual XVIII century dress in reality, pretty much like Marie-Antoinette. That was her iconic look in fact, she's remembered as such.
Isabella and Kristina look so badass here. Well, they were badass...

Oh, and another one thing. I don't think that grey is really suitable colour for queen Victoria. As it's evident from her portraits, she prefers white or bright colours such as red, blue and yellow (like this Queen Victoria's state portrait )

In general the most of them had turned out quite right, exept of Catherine the Great. As far as she was born as Prussian princess, in the matter of fashion she was keeping on European trends.

In reality, she did actually introduce more "Russian-inspired" clothing style at her court. Here's a modern replica of one of her dresses. Here you can read some information about her time's fashion (it's in Russian, but you can use Google Translate).
She'd never wear such headpiece though. Such headpieces were traditionally worn by maidens.
