Description
The theme of this year's Mother's-Day-Picture is "Making Breakfast In Bed for Mum".I've never doubt that Jim is a good cook, even since he was young.
T/M: Ink, illustrated paper; colored on PS, then printed on Arches watercolor paper, then scanned again. Pretty complicated huh ?

ajie-g, your artwork is amazing, I love your work, this drawing really makes me smile, it's so adorable, and the idea to it is just great. It greatly shows the innocent side of Jim when he was younger, and it shows how tender his mother is to him....just great work over all. I like the grainy effect that conveys the mood of the overall idea/ mood, oh, and the details are amazing, the food on the plate is just like the food they eat shown on the movie, great observational skills!
Hahaha. I can so picture this is as a mothers day card of some sort, the border design is simply gorgeous and elegant, yet it's well-fitting. It's such a good picture, I love it so much! <3. The coloring and the lineart is so neat and well done, it's just great.
Please keep on doing what you're doing, you're an inspiration to me, and it's people like you who make me want to draw even more! Keep up the good work, and I can't wait until your next update

Wow. This is totally wonderful all around. The best thing about this picture is the technique you used. I've GOT to try that. Question though. Did you use any special filters when you CGed it for textures, or is the watercolor paper the only thing that gives it that look.

Ive never seen Treasure planet, but I still love this picture anyway! The composition style is really interesting, reminds me of those old posters you got in the late 1890s, which have that unique bordering style ^_^ The colopiring style is really nice too, and the detail in the colouring is excellent. I especially like the inking, very bold and effective. lovely work
