I know, and almost all of them seem to think that Kaname wanted yuki's hair to long because he doesn't like her short hair. Kaname said that he want's her to be herself, but their is a part of him that wants her to be a still doll, locked away where no one can hurt her. It's like people are trying to find any excuse, but it makes no sense when both guys keep doing the exact same thing.

I think she looks better with long hair, personally XD. But yeah like you said Kaname wants her to be happy but also keep her for himself, but that's how it is when vampires are in love I suppose. I wish people wouldn't absh on the characters so much though.

hehe the lyrics are the opening song to vampire knight XD I caught the dream part to it and thought "that's perfect!".

I know exactly how you feel, I think people have grown so frustrated with the manga they decided to vent out on the characters.

Oh god I noticed that too in the artist comments there is a whole lot of Kaname bashing, but I saw another comment where someone thought the author was deliberately destroying zeki.

I'm with you on that I don't join vampire knight form, it's to dramatic and hectic. (for me Kaname as 'seme' and Zero as the 'uke')

Haha.. I know! I even memorized the Japanese lyric X3 Though, I think VKGuilty's opening song's lyric suits KxY pairing more than the first season's opening song! First season's opening is more Zero-ish, if you look at the meaning

IKR! Just that they didn't realize they're the ones staining the image of their favorite characters by being a haters and bashing here and there..

B-Because, I know some people who hates Zerorin because of the extremists who bashed Kaname-chama mercilessly Luckily my love for dear Zerorin is too precious and unwavering ;-;

It'll be better if they just focused on the things that they like rather than things that they hate! T^T These extremists didn't understand/enjoy the story entirely because they're TOO KEEN on finding faults on the character that they hate.

Yeah... After MANY experience of being attack just for defending my dear boys and stating the truths, I concluded that discussion with a civilized creature through private messaging is the best option.

And yesshh!! My preference is Kaname!semexZerorin!uke too! The yaoi fandom always use SemexUke order to state their preference on the order of certain pairings. If I said ZxK, it's Zero as seme x Kaname as uke. So KxZ and ZxK are two different orders But my preference is definitely KxZ!

Unrelatedly, every time I see people use 'Yume' for KxY pairing, my mind straightly think of dominant!Yuuki x Masochist!Kaname! *is pierced by Kana's sword* Because Yuuki's name comes first! XD That's why I always said 'KanaYuu' or simply KxY

lol they could bash Kaname in my face I don't think I would ever trash Zero in return, because he is a good character, I like him, and I think Kaname likes him too. (and trashing a fictional character would be silly XD)

OMG I am dying to draw a picture of Kaname sitting on zero wrapping chains around his arms and making him his slave XD. The idea is just too hot a temptation to pass up XD.

LMAO I like dominant Yuki XD, it's because a lot of Yume images she dominates him, she's either on top of him or wrapped around him like she owns him [link] [link] [link] [link] with anyone else Kaname would demand to be on top, but if yuki wanted top, in a heart beat that love sick puppy would submit for her. I died when i saw kaname demanding more pain form her, *if she said strip I wonder how he would react XD*
When she was on top of him I couldn't stop the thought that a sex scene was coming soon *their in position XD*
and that pedicure was priceless, I mean here's a guy that's ripped hearts out, made vampire's rip their own heads off, can destroy anything and everything just by looking at it, and he's down on his knees doing her nails like a good little love slave (I'm so unbelievably jealous XD)

I've got to admit, I wouldn't change anything about Kaname's personality, it's just to damn unique!

Yes indeed it is sad, some people tend to get aggressive when it comes to their favorite pairing, and in the the end there's only one person to blame "the other couple". I sometimes feel as though I have to remind people that this is only a story, none of the characters are real, so in the end it doesn't really matter what happens. I enjoy drawing vampire knight, but I can't say I enjoy the fandom, it's far to dramatic for my liking. XD

Agreed! The fandom is very dramatic. O.O Some people go way to far in forums I find sometimes. I refuse to post a lot now. Its easier just speaking to those I know have an open mind and who can be civil.

I once got called a Moron [i was having a discussion with someone about yume and zeki, and right while we were having a debate she decided to switch to name calling. It was so weird because I've never been trashed over a manga.] There we're even people bashing a person who did a commission of Kaname and yuki, and she's never even seen vampire knight.
it's no wonder there is a growing group of anti-vampire knight fans, at this rate their going to put us up their with twilight fans XD

O.O Honestly. Name calling over a manga?! Some people I feel need to come back to reality. Name calling is bad enough on its own, but over a manga....sad really. Best stay away from people like that. Sadly though there are quite a few like that in the fandom, they ruin it for the rest of us really. Puts a lot of people off. Bashing I feel is out of order, I find myself asking is this how they behave in the real world? As if so they will get a shock when someone stands up to them.

LOL! Oh lord being put with twilight, they probably will one day too. I didn't mind twilight until people were screaming every day about it, and it got a tad tedious.

I had someone who was trying to troll me for liking vampire knight, he pretty much said, you vampire knight fans are as crazy as twilight fans. I said "Oh I know I've seen a few extreme vampire knight fans go a little crazy, I do my best to avoid them as much as possible " he just said "oh" and left, guess that wasn't the answer he was expecting XD.

I've had people try and pick a fight over VK with me before in the past, I usually just ignore them. I remember once getting a ton of abuse due to me being a Yume a couple of years ago. I left the fandom for a bit as it got to the point where I could not enjoy myself online. Haters going to hate I suppose. Avoid them like the plague is what I say. Most seem to be attention seekers so once they get no attention they will quieten down.
