Update: Contest is over, I didn't place.

So my second entry for the contest. This Queen Serenity, Sailor Moons original mother. The contest was to redesign Sailor Moon or an ancestor and I went for Queen Serenity because I feel she doesn't get enough love.

Name: Serene Sailor Moon
Transformation Chant: Moon Shifting Power, Make Up!
Weapon: Crescent Moon Wand
Attack Cry: Hazing Crystal Shine! (Raises her wand and spins, creating a mist than surrounds the enemy and destroys them.

I'm rather happy with how this turned out, I had issues with the costume, I think I got like 5 pages of sketches.
