Description
The second addition to my "DIVAS" series. The beautiful Natalie Portman from her latest movie 'The Other Boleyn Girl'.I started drawing this before 'Scarlett' but put it aside to finish that one first as I had trouble finishing this one. It meant to be a lot neater as I tried to make it more realistic but I gave up in the end (sorry for some dodgy shading). I should've known I'd never have enough patience to do such thing.
Pencil/white pencil on metallic grey paper. The same paper I used on Scarlett but a lot darker. Does the picture look gothic to you? I really hope that how it come out.

I love the strokes! Had you fully polished it all, it would’ve been photorealistic...but the sketchiness of the unimportant parts communicates, “I’m a drawing!” Therefore, very successful, indeed. Beautiful, I say!

Wow, what a stunning piece of work! I'm really impressed with your skills in drawing. Just curious, how do you get all your portraits so flawlessly perfect? Do you physically measure them and draw them that way?
