This series of portrait's dedicated to Andre Matos, the former lead vocalist of a brazilian melodic power metal band name ANGRA and currently with another power metal band neme SHAAMAN. Melodic power metal is one of my favourite genres in music and ANGRA's among the first bands that drew me into this sub-genre. Their first release ANGEL CRY's till one of my favourite albums of all time and to me Andre Matos's one of the finest singer of the genre..Pencils on A4 paper

Thanks! The photo that I drew from was really small so I couldn't see all the details.. That's why the details aren't as sharp as some other works..

Thanks a lot! I consider myself lucky that I actually enjoy drawing hair when a few people I've been talking to have problem with this part. Not that I'm very good at it though..it's just that I know how to get away with it..hehe

Wow it takes my breath away. The picture is well draw and the attention to highlights and darks is great. Hair which can hurt a picture helps yours look more real.
