literally, "Barbarian_Waifu.JPG"
The armor looks fine
Everything looks alright. Anatomy, color, detailing. The only things, I could ask for is better shadowing on the face or a more clear light source, and maybe a background. but those are nitpicks.
I do like the humor in her looking at character sheets.
Β You obviously aren't new to art so you don't need critique. This is quality work and you know it.

is this playing off the fact that barbarians can't read? at least that's how it is in regular D&D.
I love her outfit.

This character looks tough, alive, and full of personality. The drawing instantly makes me want to play with her. The outfit and pose are both awesome. The one thing that does not seem to fit is that the top of the arms and legs have these huge pieces of cumbersome armor. Why have those if you are just going to wear a loincloth and nothing to protect your midriff? I like the way you styled the cloth parts so they don't look like a male fantasy, so I would just take down the other parts a notch to match.

Do Paizo require you to have the character painted totally separate from the background? Must be hard to paint on to pure white/keep the figure and the background separate to be able to save it as a .png...Β
Awesome painting of Reynolds's character btw!Β

So sad to see such a beautiful woman hampered in such a way.
Really the reading is what jumped out at me about her too. Β I had pegged her as a rogue type, and thought the little hatchet was an interesting weapon for her class.

What class would this be? Hunter? Just civilian clothes but with a hatchet for utilitarian work and backup?

She's Pathfinder's iconic barbarian, the original character design is by Wayne Reynolds.

The clothes you gave her are very woodsy in their colors with the browns, dark greens, and grays combined with the axe she has gives her the look of a rouge who favors the dense forest for combat. Also I like the detail of her pose, more specifically her facial expression as she is clearly giving up on reading the balance sheets she's been given to read (case in point, the sheets scattered to the floor).Β
I like it!

Even with bandit rapers, unfriendly neighbors, mad irruptions from the First World, and the possible return of a dragon, Narland's queen feared paperwork more than anything else.

Love all your Pathfinder artwork, man. The iconic characters look daunting to work with, especially with the amount of detail Wayne Reynolds fills them with, but you do a great job carrying it over to your own work!
Also, were you making a joke about how barbarian's cant read? Love it.
