Wow - what beautiful eye color!

My suggestion isn't so much about how you took the photo, it's more of how you set it up. There are a lot of eye photos out there and something that really bothers me is when you have a close-up shot with mascara. With the close-up shot, you see how, let's say, "non-uniform" the mascara is and all the little clumps and such. I end up focusing more on that than what you're supposed to look at - the pretty eye. I guess I would just leave the mascara off in the first place instead of trying to make it look nicer. Natural beauty is a lot nicer to look at anyway!
