Vectored this one when the Index anime was quite new and Railgun was just mean to be released. I updated slightly the colors to match it with regular mizugi style. And that grin on her face...looks dangerous. Reminds me Alenas, when she gets mad. The vector has now a new revision with several fixes.Related content

Why the sky is blue? Thats probably such a question.
She also wears childish underwear and unlike her mother, isn't rounded at all. In 90% of such cases in anime the character wears a school swimsuit. Nuff said.
