Description
I've been working on this drawing on and off for a long time, and finally managed to finish it recently. This is Khamseen, a changeling who controls the wind. A minor character who appears much later in Sebastian's story.ALSO MY TABLET HAS BEEN FIXED!!!! I'm going straight to working on the commissions! Thank you so much for your patience everyone. I did have a borrowed Ipad on which I was drawing a bit, but I did not dare do commissions on it because I felt that because of a different program and interface, my skills would just be too rusty. Anyway, onto commissions! XD

This piece is amazing! I love the little storm and the jewelry the most. A cloak of stones looks heavy, is one of her superpowers making it billow?

Thanks so much!!! Haha, yeah good point, that cloak is probably too heavy to float in the wind naturally. But it's ok, her powers are great and she is not afraid to use them!

A beautiful concept- the gems and the 'dust devil' are a nice touch of magical significance. I can't wait till she appears in the story!There is so much motion in the portrayal that I swear I saw her move...

Well, she's only a minor character but definitely one who will be engraved in Sebastian's memory for a long time. Sadly she appears so late in the story that I don't know if the comic will ever get there...

I also do have a lot of love for the desert since when I was a child and my father took me to Tunisia and we traveled with the caravan through the Sahara (it was like a tourist special trip with stops along the way and we went through Algeria and Lybia) I am looking forward to seeying this character in action with the power over sandstorms

It really was and now it is one of my favourite childhood memories. I flew by plane for the first time, first time rode a camel, saw a sunset over the dune sea, had a huge crush on a belly dancer, been to an oasis, almost killed my sense of taste when at the hotel I put harrisa sauce on my plate of spaghetti because I was just a dumb kid thinking that it was ketchup and nobody stopped me
