well paint me green and call me yoshi arata super ! ai o versiune mai mare ( 1280x1024 ) ...si cu steaua aia din spatele planetei ( sau ce o fi ) putin mai neluminoasa ?(ca ma dor ochii ) .... vreau sa o fol ca wallpaper

hmmm i don't know if it's just me but i think i spotted a face just above the nebula (just in it's border). well perhaps it's just me.
but yes that green stuff () really amazes me
and the dark planet, yes you should do more of them like that

3dsm isn't a very good program to use to make planets, photoshop is the best thing to use trust me.

This image has a lot of nice detail, but a few things need to be changed... the flare is far too big and bright, kinda looks unrealistic, the planet would probably melt

also some of the bigger stars could be a lot brighter....

Really nice picture, although i dont really like the look of the planet. The nebula on the right and the lightning is really good, you should skip 3dsmax for the planets and make em in photoshop instead, im sure it would be even better!

hmm.. planet usually arent that black.. as long as there is a light source it gets lit a little bit.. but it still looks good, the nebulae are the jewel of the piece, great job with this, but next time try and think of a bit of realism on your planets.... the only way for something to be black when theres a light source would be if there are gigantic mountains..... and judging by the bump... there arent. it would be more shaped like a comet than a planet but great job nonetheless, i do like it quite a bit,

when i say simple i mean, the concept is simple...a large planet with a nebula lighting next to it

ive seen alot like this, but you pulled it off very nicely, attention to detail is of gargantuan proportions

i do like the cloud effect and the starfield on the nebula...very good!
