You should probably watch Rozen Maiden. It's a great anime you'd love.
Rozen Maiden is about these super cute Magical Living Doll girls and their lives with their new owners. It's very cute and all of them wear assorted Lolita Outfits of different kinds, and some of them even have Drill Hair. It is very sweet, but also gets tragic at times, especially when they get involved in a Conflict called "The Alice Game."
I figured you might like Rozen Maiden, for it has lots of things you enjoy, Magical Girls, Lolita Fashion, and more.

My favorites of the dolls are Shinku, Hinaichigo, and Suiseiseki. I wuv Suiseiseki too, she's so adorable, and I also like how she goes "Desu" a lot.
