So, since space is also infinite, and space and time are one-in-the-same, could SPR throw around planets and stars? If he can “control infinity”, could he “reduce” something that’s infinite, like B.I.G’s stats? Is it only time? Couldn’t SPR just “reverse” time such that Pucci didn’t win? What happened to CDR? Where was Josuke in all this? How on earth did Pucci still win?

Yes spr can control the space time of infinty, he can even reverse any attack that is for him or jotaro and along with that he can reverse time to some specific moment, but he could not use this against pucci because he was not aware of all his powers and to worsen the reset the universe was distorting the time and this annulled the powers of spr.
about josuke and cdr, they are not from the original universe where spr originated but from another closer universe.
