To answer both questions:
Yes, start with The Wind Thief. I'm still writing the sequel and it probably won't be published for a few weeks.
As for the other website, I'm already a well-established author there, while I have almost no presence here. Fimfiction.net has been the dominant site for MLP-related fiction for probably two years now.

For quite a while now I've had an idea for a fim fan fic. but no one here seems interested. That and I've only done poetry and short stories. I've never tried to make anything long before so it's uncharted waters.
