I doubt that Coke cares about the infringement at all, since I called them and told them the thier products were being sold out of Pespsi machines at my work.They were happy that thier product was being sold. I'm surte they would be thrilled about this piece. I love it.

I doubt they'd come after you for making a pretty wp using their logo. They, after all, aren't Microsoft. heh

I don't know. There are Macintosh apples and MS Window logos all over this place. I don't think there is much difference, and I don't think CC co. minds very much. Do you?

Its a tricky issue, especially because, although it looks nice, that is purely the Coca-Cola logo, and you (please forgive me) havent done anything - that I can see - to it. It would be like someone uploading [link] as their own...

Well. If i did alter it, I would probably break every rule they have for how their logo can be used. Is that better? The crative part in this is the arrangement. Lots of people use fonts that they didn't create. The shape of the text is therefore not their own creation. They just arranged someone elses letters in a new order. The original logo that I used could not be used as a wallpaper. I've made it more easy on the eyes.
