Waah, this is so perfect...  I can't do scenery too too well, and to see one that has a painty/lineless look is very nice.  Love the clock tower and curved wall building.  Now I gotta know what the song is..

Fuggin' stunning job on the overall detailing of the entire background,the rain effects,the smudgy and smooth grey color tone and the overall atmosphere of the whole pic in general!
