Your rendering is superb, but I can't help but feel like his neck is broken. It's twisted just a bit too far considering his torso is twisted the opposite direction slightly. We should be able to see a sliver of the other side of his face, I think. Especially with how the back horn is in more of a perspective view, but his face is in side-profile.

With the emaciated look and crazed, slightly quivery eyes, alone in the desert with nobody to hear - and perhaps also with it in mind how GW2 did not break the ground it boasted - despite the title this seems a very sympathetic portrayal.
"The world will fear me" sounds not so much as a promise, but as a plea.
