Surely it'd be nice to see this card being released both in the OCG and TCG, but as a field spell card (having in mind "sanctuary" cards such as "The Sanctuary in the Sky" or "Dark Sanctuary" are field spells).
Also, allowing both yourself and your opponent to get a free spell from the deck can seem to be somewhat crucial (having in mind you will be able to use your spell first). By adding a 2000 LP activation cost, things can get compensated (that cost would also apply to this card's second effect).
I hope it'd be released during this year.
