Nope they're not extinct 
Clouded leopards are divided into 3 subspecies, and the Taiwan subspecies is extinct

in Paris the clouded panthers just had twins in april. they are like big kittens.

They have the cutest cubs I've ever seen!
Aw, I've only seen pictures of cubs, must be nice to actually see them. They make the cutest noise as well, have you heard them?

Oh I am, clouded leopards are my all time favourite, but you hardly ever see them in a zoo.. I only know one zoo with them and the enclosure is crap

Very nice composition on this one. His face almost feels a bit washed out, but then I like my pictures a touch on the dark side, so it may just be me.

It looks almost unreal, the lighting is so great! I like the stance and how the leopard seems to be checking if everything is clear before making its way slowly out.

He was having a rest in the shade and some meat was chucked in, so he probably was looking round to make sure everything was okay

Oh, he seemed to be fine when I was there, just pretty lazy, John had to chuck about 5bits of meat to him before he decided to get up
