What're you talking about? It works fine. Here're the directions:
1.Download the .zip file
2.Unzip the .zip file
3.Open up IconPackager
4.In IP, go to "Add Icon Package" and then to "Install from disk"
5.Browse to where the unzipped folder is, and when you click on the folder, there will only be one file visible: the .iconpackage file.
6.Click on the file, then click "Apply Changes" and you're done!

I just CANT get it to work...
I extracted to: C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\Iconpackager\Themes\
So the full path is now:
C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\Iconpackager\Themes\Leopard\
Now ive tried to create the shortcut: Leopard.iconpackager but i cant do that?

Hello again. I have repacked the iconset and now it is just an iconpackager file. In the information for the package I put your deviantart account name as I will not take credit for your work. Would you like me to send you the iconpackager file so you can upload it here or would you like me to upload it to my account but give you all credit as well as to the person who originally made the icons? They load just fine for me now.
I have also renamed the package to LeopardXP so it will not overwrite your current set in case you want to test it out.

Thank you for this but unfortunately I also get the error loading icon set problem even after unzipping to C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\IconPackager\Themes.
At first it loads but if you switch to another icon set, then go back to yours it will not load it again. I will try to figure out what is wrong with it otherwise I will build the package myself and see if I can get it to work with no problem.
Also perhaps it is a problem with the version of iconpackager you used to zip it?

I use a Chinese language system to pack this ip, and many guys who use Chinese language system have no this problem, so I think that's the problem for the people that are using other language system.
BTW, I think the version of iconpackager is ok.

Yes but the installation disk is negligible,
I did what you suggested and just recieved a load error on starting IP.
What I explained was merely just a solution that worked for me I thought i'd share. I'm sure that there are some people who aren't having a problem.
Once again this is an excellent iconpackager theme, many thanks!

great theme,
however there is a load problem, I managed to get the icons to show by doing this:]
1, extract folder to X:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\IconPackager\Themes
2, create a shortcut to "Leopard.iconpackager" in "D:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\IconPackager\Themes"
3, double click the shortcut you just created - the icons appear - hit apply!
note: you get a load error but the icons still show!
peace, dan

Did you install the Iconpackager in Disk D?
There's no need to create a shotcut, just unzip the file you download, and put the unziped leopard folder(include a ip theme and the icos) into "X:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\IconPackager\Themes"(the X is the Disk you installed your iconpackager software to)

I'm sorry for that.
Try the way that bowlandspoon sugested,
1, extract folder to X:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\IconPackager\Themes
2, create a shortcut to "Leopard.iconpackager" in "D:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\IconPackager\Themes"
3, double click the shortcut you just created - the icons appear - hit apply!
