In Raven's comic (which is amazingly awesome and any LK fan should read it), Scar is Zira's father. This image is some art to do with the comic. There are many theories of who Zira is in relation Scar and I really like this one.

It's not entirely certain. From what I remember, some people from behind the scenes said they weren't mates, yet in a deleted scene Zira refers to herself as the former Queen, or something like that. I personally believe he is Nuka and Vitani's father and not Zira's father, but it's not necessarily what's true. It's been a while since I looked all this up though, so I might have some things wrong.
