Designing random crap is what keeps me sane nowadays.I didn’t use a reference for his neck belt thing but you can probably tell it’s a belt so it’s okay :’)
I drew him bipedal just for practice, but you can make him quadrupedal if you want. Or keep him bipedal ^^

No worries! An artistic freedom one is where like I give you a theme or something similar, and you design the rest of the character how you like! So that way I get a surprise, and you aren't restricted to drawing exactly what I asked. A regular custom would be like I want this, this, and this, etc. But it's up to you which you want to do, I'm fine with either tbh
