Here's an image I've been working on of AFW's Lucy The Crusher and FAWN's former IC champion, Jenny Jacobs. The good and the bad is that I'm a big fan of both ladies.
I have to admit that I'm not super wild with how this came out. I think I might have to try again, maybe at a different angle.

Always great to see the Crusher living up to her name. This hold is starting to become habit-forming for her, it seems. Bad luck for Jenny though, this is the end of the road in my view. Nobody escapes Lucy's scissors.

It takes an act of God, or from the Crusher herself to find yourself out of one of her holds.
Of course, we are card carrying members of the Crusher.

This is true. The only times I can think of, she's either had a weakened leg or not got a good grip. If she's fresh and gets those scissors on tight, it's game over.
I do feel we need to start a Crusher Fan Club at this point. Even if we're the only two members, hehe.

I always get out kick out of the difference in perspective between an artist and his/her viewers when it comes to the art that has been created.
You had said that you weren't wild about this one, where as this jumped out immediately to me as a really sexy shot and was my favorite of the three that you have posted concerning these two in action.

This pict. says so much about the The Crushers personality, I just imagine her as a cocky heel.

You know, I never really considered what alignment that Lucy might lean towards. I imagine it might depend on the opponent.

I always saw her as kind of a tweener myself. Generally playing fair but then there's her last match with Corveena, the way she treated Madison or that time she KOed Siobhan in a reverse headscissors for slapping/clawing at her legs.
So she's not someone to get angry unless you want a veryΒ sore neck or ribs for a while.
Plus she's pretty intense as a fighter, presumably thanks to her roller derby career as a blocker.

I think some of my favourite renders of Cale's are when people underestimate Lucy's squeezing power and then pay the price for it. Or just underestimate Lucy in general.
I'd really like to see her get an upset win over a higher tier opponent through sheer determination and just putting them through a scissors clinic. She gets them on the ground and just pulverises them.
I don't usually like squash matches but I think I could make an exception for Crusher.
That said, I'd love to know more about her too. The more renders Cale does with her, the better in my not-so-humble opinion.
