Again you've captured my attention by your skill in digital art. The smoke effects, lighting, textures, and overall feeling of the painting are fantastic. "There is no such thing as death, only change" - This quote is quite nice and thoughtful. Change is inevitable in life and will still follow you in death. A different way to look at things to be sure. Back to the piece, the black and white does look good and it adds to the dark and uncanny effect of the piece. I like this quite a bit.

I'd agree that the subject matter kind of lends itself to the B&W. It gives it that creepy, lit-only-by-the-corpse-and-moon-light feel.
