Not tutorial! These are some methods I always do on my pictures.Just put some salt or alcohol drops or plastic wrap when the color still wet.
Or... draw something with rubber masking fluid before paint.

i'm not the original artist, but you can buy actual masking fluid (keep a well ventilated area! it's smelly) or if you want to use alternatives, you can use rubber cement (be careful/keep ventilated just like the masking fluid) which you can peel off when you finish painting, or you can even use elmer's glue (the white stuff) but it's a bit bulkier and you can't remove it when you're done with the masking.
