Beautiful shot! I like the way he seems to be part of the background with only his half-hidden face showing and how the red scarf swirls and contrasts with the black background. Excellent use of color, detailing and contrast. It also reminds me of clockwork orange for some reason

trΓ¨s sympa comme shoot, l'expo, l'Γ©charpe sui ressort...Pour plus de puissance j'aurais bien cadrΓ© son visage sur le bord haut, avec une focale plus longue encore (ou bieni en se rapprochant). Je sais ps si tu vois ce que je veux dire (le visage en haut gauche, l'Γ©charpe qui fini sur la bas droit comme tu as fait lΓ ). Mais bon joli photo tout de mΓͺme amigo

hey guess what..........BEFORE I read your comment I thought...... great image to check my callibration with!! And by my monitor (on this laptop) which I had trouble callibrating, the sutle and elegant lighting change between the hat and the background is just evident, so I can really appreciate your great work here. And the pose is so strong and understated and the scarf jus makes the whole composition so striking......... I want to buy a print just as soon as I can afford it!!

hey man...by the way........many many months ago you offered to fix one of my pix.......the dancing one that needed some barrel distortion fixing. Well I never got around to thanking you or replying.......so thank you very much..... I have cs2 now which I found has a lens distortion filter which is very effective and controllable........particularly in my line of work at the moment which involves lots of interior design photography where you have to use a wide lens cos of the limited space but often you need straight pics.
So thanks once again man.......
