"روق المانجا"We will have said or heard it hundreds of time in our lives. Just two words which apparently have no real meaning for lots of people, maybe, but words are never just words. Who has never felt tired or stressed by our everyday life, our jobs and our duties? Well... guess it's all of us. Living in a big city also means bearing with very heavy rythms, and being tired is surely normal. But why should we get stressed as well? Is it really worth it? Life is already short, and stress is the last thing we need. These are not just two words, they are a way to look at life and percieve it. So...
