If it's overexposure you are after then I want moar of that effect in the rest of the picture, otherwise it is a little awkward leaving it like this. It just looks unfinished, or do you mean that the picture you took/scanned of your drawig is overexposed and that is why it is missing value.

I think I understood what you just wrote ^^
But, on the original picture, the light is making the hand very white oO. So do you mean I should apply more shadows on face, to make the hand more... hmm more correct ? ^^

There are sharp edges of the shadow core you need to articulate as well as the super subtle almost invisible mid tone in the fingers. Look closer and identify those middle tones. The shadow core is sharp but in your drawing it is soft and this makes it ambiguous.
