I've got this picture on a card what I get from an old woman for a present. On the other side of the card there is a prayer. And the text under Jesus is in Hungarian "JΓ©zusom, bΓ­zom benned!" = "My Jesus, I trust in you!"

My country's chatolic people call this picture IRGALMAS JΓ‰ZUS (Merciful Jesus) or ISTENI IRGALMASSÁG (Divine Clemency).
