I really love the effect of the dress with the background. An Impressionist picture, that's what it looks like. The background acts kind of like a spiral with the difference of textures and colors. Is this a self-portrait? Did you use some kind of special lense? The only thing I don't like is the street lamp you can see in the background... It's doesn't go with the blurry trees... It's color is way to bright...
But that's just my opinion :3.
