welcome to this year's critique event, so Merry CRITmas to you!

This really is an awfully cute Christmas card and well suited to your friends. By this way, I wish you a belated jolly Christmas as well.

In your drawing you have beautifully captured the Christmassy winter night in blue hues. Here it gives a cold, icy, wintry touch as well as the falling snowflakes you have included. I really like the Christmas fir tree, decorated with this big baubles in red an golden. There must be some Christmas lights as well because all around the tree there is a bright shimmer, well pointed out by the white brushes. Santa looks funny. I really am not sure as what to see him. Probably it looks a bit like a dwarf or a hobbit or simply a very old grandpa. - but it is funny to see that his clothes are too large for his small stature. The Santa hat is so big that it slips over his eyes and face.

All in all, Santa is cute and funny, but also a bit helpless, gives me a feeling to help that poor guy.
