Wow, this is so beautiful and shows Ranamon of a different side. Maybe she wanted to be famous, because she hadn't any real friends and hee she's realizing that being famous because of a pretty look isn't a good alternative to people who really cares.TToTT
I really like your realistic style, especially this beautiful eyes! 
You should decide the way the light is coming. There is a dark shadow on the right side of her head and the left hand but the right hand and her left soulder got shadows on the left side.
The darker colors and the greyish- black shadows are giving the picture the melancholic atmosphere. It won't be as convincing as it is, if you had used bright colors.
