I use Paintool SAIΒ
Uhhh my brush settings for the outline(s) is a normal brush with 0% min size, 100 density, simple circle and no texture, quality: 4 (smoothest), Hard <->Soft : 0 , and press for size. The normal lines are size 5 and the outlines are size 7 c: (If that makes since omfg xD ) I can take a screenshot later if you like? c:
