This months entry for the with fasinating OC, the Diety of Rot.I just liked that they can sometimes be covered in mushrooms themselves, and have a capability to rot any flesh that comes into contact with their skin. Just a cool consept!
I hope I did the character justice!

I was honestly surprised to get art of Rot. Let alone art of them with such a nice background as well. Thank you so much for putting this much effort into it~ I really love it.

Glad to hear it! Rot was such an interesting character, and seems to be a very important deity for the ecosystem (please correct me if I am wrong) I was just really feeling the mushroom and forest vibe.

haha, I'm glad to hear it! Sorry that it gives you the creeps though. You may be interested to know that some fungus has a symbiotic relationship with the trees and plants around it. They can redirect nutrients towards root systems, and even have a communication system going that notifies trees if there are diseases in the area that may affect them, allowing trees to put up defences in advance.

Haha, she was really a fun character to draw! apparently I really like mushrooms, kind of takes me back to childhood XD

My buddy and I just liked the idea of being mature hubologists and potion brewers back in the day. Spent a lot of time wandering my backyard looking for odd plants.
