He was the 2nd child of Da and Mei in the 8th generation Feng Clan.

▶ Appearance ◀

Ying was the second child in the family and was also the same height as his father. He is broad shouldered and has quite muscular arms. She has short black hair combed to the right side, with one strand falling loosely over her face. She has fair skin from her mother and narrow gray eyes from her father. He has a gentle face and often has a slight smile on his face, and has purple earrings in his right eyebrow and both ears. His favorite colors are purple and black, so his robes are usually in various shades of purple and pure black, sometimes with floral decorations. His everyday robe does not have sleeves because he spends most of his free time training in kunai throwing, so he thinks that the sleeves would interfere with his ability to throw the weapon smoothly. He wears traditional white socks and black woven sandals. While working, he wears traditional onmitsukido attire.

▶ Personality ◀

He is a listener and never makes any comments or accusations unless he hears both sides of the story. He is intelligent and calm, he rarely gets angry, he likes peace, quiet and nature, which is why he spends most of the day outdoors to train, mainly throwing kunai, which is why he has become a champion in this field. He also enjoyed giving lessons to his younger sister. Their relationship was good, they argued and discussed a little, but they rarely got angry or argued with each other. Equally often, he was willing to listen to her when she wanted to talk and gave her advice on what he thought she could do to make both parties happy. However, it happened that under pressure and sometimes fear of his older brother, he harmed his sister, but she was never angry with him because she knew what Rui was like when someone opposed him.

Ying Feng, born into the Fēng family, served in Onmitsukidō as per family tradition, joining Onmitsukido at the age of 170. He was the second child among a total of six siblings, five brothers and one sister. With the exception of his eldest brother, he got along well with his other siblings and was willing to help them, and taught them how to throw Kunin, when they asked him to do so, it was mainly his sister who asked him to do so. He was happy when his sister joined onmitsukido like the rest of his brothers, but he did not like that his father did not allow her to join at the age of 170 like the other brothers, he felt that by doing so she lost years of study and experience in onmitsukido and that that he ridiculed my eldest brother in this way. His sister joined the second patrol unit in which he was, so he gladly introduced her to the rules and showed her around the onmitsukido area. Unfortunately, there wasn't much he could do about it when their oldest brother challenged her to duels to "prove" how weak she was, sometimes he defended her, but then he also got a good beating from Rui. After sparring, he mainly took care of her abrasions and injuries, and sometimes he led the 4th unit to deal with more serious injuries. He never mocked her skills and always supported her, so when he found out that she was interested in herself, the captain of the second unit congratulated her and they drank the news together. He died at the age of 211 on his second onmitsukido mission, when he was seriously injured by a hollowa he was on with his sister and his second patrol unit. He died a few minutes later from his injuries because the medical unit did not have time to take care of his wounds, but before his death he managed to tell his sister short words that he believed in her and her abilities, he believed that she would achieve something that none of their brothers could achieve.
