Yes, this OC is a really good chef, especially when it comes to making arepas (One of my country's [Venezuela] most important and traditional plates). She wasn't born in Equestria, but moved there while she was just a little filly. Her real name is Harina Pan, but since it's hard to pronounce for some, other ponies started calling her Arepony.

(I should get a freaking prize for character creation like this, ya'll! :V)
