Description
The light shone as the huge doors opened to reveal Atem's old world. Destiny was calling him. He knew he had to go.As he was walking towards the light, his clothes slowly turned into his pharaoh outfit... He turned his head to face his friend for the last time.
And then he saw the look on Anzu's face. His sweet little Anzu, always there for him, no matter what... He saw her tears. Her distress. He couldn't leave her like that. Without a word.
He turned back slowly.
He looked with concern at Anzu as he approached her.
"Why are you crying ?
-I am not crying...
-Yes you are...
He put his hand on her cheek
-I-I... know it is your destiny to leave... But... Atem... I need you here with me... Gosh, that sounds so selfish... Forgive me...
-Not at all Anzu... I would have stayed with you forever if I could... I will always be there for you. Somewhere. And, someday, in this world or in another, I'm sure we will meet again...
-I hope so, pharaoh..."
Anzu smiled slightly at Atem, her vision still blurred by tears.

I wanted to make a little pic like that for quite a while now...
At the very beginning, I was only a revolutionshipper. And with time I grew fond of azureshipping (SetoxAnzu) and it became my absolute favourite pairing.
But I still keep a special love for the pairing AtemxAnzu...

It's not my favorite pairing but I'm not that against it, either.
It is a very beautiful depiction you did.
And I would imagine Anzu getting all emotional when she finally has to say good-bye to the Pharaoh.
I would have liked a more emotional ending between the both of them in the end of the series.

Atem's hair are at the end of the neck.I don't think hair can grow in the end of the neck and tea is taller than atem.Atem is too short and the main thing is that tea isn't the right girl for atem :/

Yes !! Even if I've never made pictures of them before this one I've always loved those two together !
For me, azureshipping is linked/related to revolutionshipping, a sort of sequel : Atem leaves, Anzu is sad and quite lonely because Atem was the center of the little group and the guys are not as close as before, and somehow she gets to know better Kaiba and gets closer to him ! Of course that's just my opinion but I think it makes sense^^. This is what I'm trying to explain in my doujin in fact.

Really? Honestly I feel as if Azureshipping is quite possibly one of the most popular het pairings in the YGO fandom...at least on FF.net. Most of the fandom is into yaoi.

Yes it is but it was much more active on dA 2 years ago, now a very few people draw them or comment, like. I even think we were almost the most popular group at a moment.
