Here is an example of the larger pendant/badge like pieces I opened up for before Christmas. I finally found an inexpensive way to offer these already pre-strung and ready for wear for those of you who just want it wearable right now or can further custom yourself.

For a mere $22 (plus shipping) you can have yourself a one of a kind, custom pendant/tag/badge already strung on a simple suede cord that can be adjusted slightly according to desired length.
**Additionally, I am also thinking of offering custom wooden beads to go along with this style! I do not have any examples at present but plan to have some up as soon as possible so keep an eye out or feel free to contact me if this interests you

This is a wood burning, which is created by using a heated tool to "draw"(more like engrave) and shade an image into the wood. I then use watercolors to add the splash of color overtop the burning because it is transparent enough to lay overtop the shading created by the burning. In this particular image I used the following colors: Golden Rod, Red, White, Spanish Orange, and a Red gel pen for her eye shadow. The "black" is the actual color of the wood. The best thing about most burnings is not just the look, but the texture My burns have TONS of texture!
