Description Why do you think they call it 'The Mayor's Melon Shampoo'?

Just a random thought after buying Horton Hears a Who! shampoo from Safeway - freaking love it!

Ned McDod (The Mayor - tis a shame Horton never learned his name ) is my favorite character He's just adorable.

This is the first time I've ever attempted to draw him. Me thinks the second one is the best, followed by the first, and something went seriously wrong with the third . . . oh well.

Ned McDod, his melony shampoo, and Horton Hears a Who! belong to . . . Dr. Seuss, I guess, first of all . . . and Blue Sky Studios. It's probably one of my most favoritist movies ever - I CANNOT stop watching it.

. . . and that's right! I'm a dirty, rotten mayor sniffer! AND I'D DO IT AGAIN!!!

I use Prisma markers and Sharpies - I actually need to re-stock on a few of my colors (they're starting to run out XP)
Alas, they tend to run on the expensive side.

Thanks! XP I hate dealing with rulers to draw out panels. So I just said 'screw it' and drew things wherever and just edited it all together on the comp.

I too loved Ned the best. He- he's just so sweet! Ha-ha! Steve Carrell did an astounding voice acting job on his part. I enjoyed it a lot.
