I have no idea what rocking horses are really supposed to look like, so I winged it. It seemed like such a staple of toys in a nursery I couldn't help myself.On another hand, I've always wanted to draw kiddie Sirius Black in Lord Fauntleroy-ish clothes.
All is Rowling's.

I think it looks mostly rocking horse-ish. Though I kinda feel like the neck should be wider. More places to scrawl on, right? Didn't you have one as a kid? A rocking horse, I mean. I seem to remember we had one, but maybe that was yours...

Agreed! (Although I'm a bit of a post-Hogwarts fan myself) It's really too bad SBP is on hiatus right now. I wonder what's going to happen to it. *sigh*
And Havemercy is great! I usually don't go for novels written in 1st person POVs with shifting perspectives, but the voices were so different anyway, it's like listening to someone telling a story. (I'm spazzing!

Thank you! To be truthful about it, I don't usually draw Sirius much at all by himself (It's hard!!), so I'm really glad when things like this turn out well.
