Description

This, is Stormbearer.

He can sense storms before any technology in existence, and when they arrive he takes flight to harvest their lightning. When he gets struck the lightning seems to disappear, but he really just stores it for later. He can summon it at will, and often uses it for combat or really whatever he desires.

Title: Rival of Lightning

He likes the quiet, and usually avoids conflict unless he's frustrated. He doesn't like babies, as he deems them loud and obnoxious. Occasionally, though, he can he seen taking a quiet, well behaved child (Or chick) out for a flight, since they're small enough to carry. He can pick up a small Byubuu if he wants, it would be a bit of a struggle, but if he puts his mind to it he can do it.

He was captured by humans early on in his life, and they wanted to keep him as an expensive pet. He got free, and now does not trust any humans who show any sign of aggression. He won't even let kind humans get rid of the collar around his neck or the forced piercings in his tails. He can be bribed with french toast though, he loves it a lot.

He can sometimes see flashes of the future, though it is uncontrollable and only happens if it affects him. The further in the future it is, the longer the glimpse he gets.

I combined a few things, like the long and sharp head, as well as the overbite and underbite. I didn't put it as crooked teeth because he only has two teeth on each side.
