Kaiju is the Japanese word for giant monster. So things like Godzilla and all of the monsters from Pacific rim.

Well I am a super big fan of dragons, monster and just weird creatures. I've been watching Godzilla movies since I was younger and giant monsters have always fascinated me. I actually had a dream about the story and drew up Imperma from the dream, although his design has drastically changed since then.

Oh o: I always loved giant monsters as well - when I was younger I used to love dinosaurs, then I eventually switched over to dragons - something is just so catching aboutt his creatures - and hearing that you got the design from your dream, I know this feeling, sometimes I dream something pretty cool and awesome I just have to add it into my story, but cool to see it works for designs, too

Yeah I get most of my characters from dreams, probably why most of them are weird hybrids.

I must proclaim that this image that you have recently drawn can indeed be categorized as pretty or endearing. With it's short, stubby, and maybe slightly chubby appearance, I can definitely state that this image that you have posted can be proclaimed as "chibi", which is a common drawing term used when a character is drawn to be short or small. It can also be referred to as kawii, or cute. The color hues that you have chosen for this drawing are, most notably, purple and pink, with the tongue and claws on the feet of the character you have drawn sticking out, being blue and white respectively. I am going to infer that you did this in order to bring contrast and more versatility to your drawing. Green is also used for the eyes, off of which multiple things can be infered. The most obvious inference is that it was also used for contrast and versatility, as the blue tongue and white claws were. Green eyes, though, may also mean that this character has a deep curiosity in nature. They also get zealous easily, but possess large amounts of love on top of that. Saying that this character is made to be chibi, and many people love chibi, as they are made to look cute or kawii, The green eyes with your chibi character perfectly go together, even if you did not notice it at first.
