I love it! I tried a few things similar to this with a flashlight. It is very hard to get these kinds of pictures to work, but as you have shown patience makes perfect!

if you were using lighters, how did the flames not run out when they were waved?
and i wonder why you would use a lighter instead of a flash light of some sort.
but it deffinately looks amazing

we did it slow enough so that they wouldnt blow out. it wasnt really a problem. we used lighters instead of flashlights because that's what we had
but you can definitely use any kind of light. i used a pen light for one awhile back.

hm i am still confused. usually when these kind of pictures are taken, you go really really fast for the letters to show up. have you got a secret technique you don't want to share?
