My own version of humanised Bill Cipher from Gravity Falls. I just don't see humanised Bill as young, pretty boy...
(No offence for people who actually like it) As perfect Disney villain he should be repulsive, in my opinion
AND NO. I'VE NEVER WATCHED GRAVITY FALLS AND PROBABLY NEVER WILL. I DON'T WANNA WASTE TIME AND ENERGY FOR SEARCHING FOR THIS SHOW. I'M SORRY IF I RUINED YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

Oooooooooohhhhhh I am a fan of this. I totally agree, I don't like it when fans over-sexualize him. I think he looks perfect as a seedy, shady horrible person with a voice as smooth as oil. His eye is very creepy, I like it!!
